RSA SecurIDĀ® has been used as part of Business Continuity planning for years allowing organisations to maintain strong security polices (two-factor authentication for remote access) to prevent security breaches while allowing remote employees to access sensitive corporate information via VPNs or via secure web access. A Business Continuity Option (BCO) is a licensing option that allows a customer to temporarily expand the total number of server seats for a designated period of time to meet the in-flux or large numbers of remote access users, such as might happen during a business disruption. |
